For up to date availability, please contact us to check dates. If booking via an Agency, there may be additional charges, however if you prefer not to take advantage of the Agency services, you can save their fee by booking directly with us.

 

Rentals are from 2.30pm on day of arrival to 10.30am on day of departure. If you wish to arrive early or leave later we will try to accommodate you if the villa is available. Arrangements for this must be made with us prior to your holiday and there may be a charge.

 

If you would like us to hold your holiday dates while you check flight availability it is quickest and best to email us at iowtv@hotmail.com or you can phone us. 

 

The deposit is 25% and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday.  If you book direct with us, payments can be by cheque, BACS transfer or credit/debit card.

 

We do also accept bookings from agencies such as HomeAway.com (property number 1468978). Please be aware that these companies normally charge a fee for using their services so their prices may vary from those on this website.
