Quinta da Mimosa Rentals are priced per night and prices vary depending on the time of year. All Tariffs are for up to 9 people and bookings can run from any day if the villa is available. Bookings covering different price bands will be calculated nightly pro-rata at the applicable rate. Prices include water, electricity, bedding, towels, Wi-Fi and the maid service which is standard to all our lettings.

Rentals are charged in Euros and run from 2.30pm on day of arrival to 10.30am on day of departure. If you wish to arrive early or leave later we will try to accommodate you if the villa is available. However, arrangements for this must be made with us prior to your holiday and there may be a charge which we will inform you of.

How To Make A Booking
First send us a Message or call us with your desired dates. If required we can to hold your dates for up to three days without commitment while you make travel arrangements. A DEPOSIT of 25%
is payable on booking with the balance being due 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
PAYMENTS can be made by credit or debit card (via PayPal), cheque or BACS transfer. Please advise us of your preferred method and we will e-mail you the appropriate invoice.
To pay by card but not use PayPal, we accept bookings from agencies such as HomeAway.co.uk (property number 1468978) but please note that prices may be higher than those shown above as they may add a fee for their services.

You can check if this website is genuine by cross checking that our name, phone number and UK office is the same on here as under our personal details on the VRBO/HomeAway.co.uk entry and elsewhere.
